Websites for nail salonsBooking · Deposits · Packages

A nail salon website that fills the book while you work.

Clients choose a service and a free time, pay a deposit and get a reminder before they come in, without messaging you mid-manicure. It's your own site, so no booking app takes a cut of your new clients.

Yours from day one. Your domain, your client list and your accounts are in your name. If we part ways, the site keeps running.

The demo

Lacquer & Lace. Try it like a customer would.

A working site, not a mock-up: pick a service and book. Nothing is really booked, but the pages and the emails are exactly what your customers would see.

Why it pays

Your hands are busy. Let the site take the booking.

Most booking requests arrive while you're with a client. A booking site answers straight away, takes the deposit and sends the reminder, so the slot doesn't go to whoever replied first.

3 no-shows a week on a $50 set is $600 a month: $7,200 a year.

Example numbers. A deposit and a reminder are how a booking site brings that down.

Work out your own number: the 2-minute quiz
  1. A real slot, deposit included

Clients pick a service, see the deposit (50% on the Lacquer & Lace demo) and pay it by bank transfer, or by card once your card-payment account is connected.

  2. Their favourite technician

Clients can ask for the technician they want when they book.

  4. Reminders that go out on their own

Email reminders before every visit, and text reminders once your texting number is set up.

  5. Rescheduling without the back-and-forth

Clients move or cancel their own appointment within your rules, and refunds follow automatically.

  6. The day's schedule at 6 AM

Every morning the day's bookings arrive in your inbox as a PDF.

Questions people ask first

Do clients pay a deposit?

Only if you want them to. You set the amount for each service; on the Lacquer & Lace demo it's 50%, paid by bank transfer, or by card once your card-payment account is connected.

Can I sell packages of visits?

Yes, on the Studio package: prepaid packages that clients buy on your site and pay for up front.

What does it cost each month?

The build is a one-time price: $1,199 for the Booking package. Running costs, about $21–39 a month, are billed to you directly by the providers on your own accounts and never marked up. Card processing is the usual processor rate on each payment; bank-transfer payments cost nothing extra.

Who owns the website and the customer list?

You do. The domain, hosting, calendar and payment accounts are in your name from day one, and so is every customer record. If we part ways, everything stays with you, with no export fee and no lock-in.

How long does it take?

5–10 working days, counted from the day your deposit and your content (services or products, prices, hours and photos) are in.
