The demo
A working site, not a mock-up: pick a service and book. Nothing is really booked, but the pages and the emails are exactly what your customers would see.

Pick 6, 8 or 10 hours, add a second photographer or an album, choose the travel zone, and the 30% retainer and balance date appear before you pay.
Open Frame & Fable (opens in a new tab)Why it pays
Wedding dates go fast, and a "yes, we'll book" without a retainer holds nothing. A quote builder that takes the retainer on the spot turns the enquiry into a booking, and the balance reminder follows on its own.
One date held for a couple who never pay the retainer can cost you a $3,000 wedding you turned away.
Example numbers. A deposit and a reminder are how a booking site brings that down.

Yes, on the Studio package. The quote builder shows the retainer and the balance date before they pay (30% on the Frame & Fable demo), and a reminder goes out before the balance is due.
Yes. Travel zones add the right fee for the location, and an early-start fee covers sunrise sessions, all before the client sees the total.
The build is a one-time price: from $1,599 for the Studio package. Running costs, about $21–39 a month, are billed to you directly by the providers on your own accounts and never marked up. Card processing is the usual processor rate on each payment; bank-transfer payments cost nothing extra.
You do. The domain, hosting, calendar and payment accounts are in your name from day one, and so is every customer record. If we part ways, everything stays with you, with no export fee and no lock-in.
