The booking screen knows colour and extensions need money down and a wash-and-cut does not, and charges accordingly.

The demo
A working site, not a mock-up: pick a service and book. Nothing is really booked, but the pages and the emails are exactly what your customers would see.

The booking screen knows colour and extensions need money down and a wash-and-cut does not, and charges accordingly.
Open Copper & Comb (opens in a new tab)Why it pays
A two-hour colour slot that sits empty can't be resold at the last minute. A deposit on the long services and a reminder before every visit keep the chair full, without charging anyone for a quick trim.
2 missed colour appointments a week at $150 is $1,200 a month: $14,400 a year.
Example numbers. A deposit and a reminder are how a booking site brings that down.
Work out your own number: the 2-minute quizColour and extensions need money down; a wash-and-cut doesn't. The booking screen knows the difference and charges accordingly.
Clients choose a stylist and see the times that person is free, and every stylist gets their own booking link to share.
Studio package
Email reminders before every visit, and text reminders once your texting number is set up.
Clients move or cancel their own appointment within your rules, and refunds follow automatically.
A fully booked day takes names on a waitlist instead of turning people away.
Bridal bookings take a larger deposit up front, like the 30% on the Copper & Comb demo.
Ownership
Everything is set up in your name, on your own accounts. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to win back if you ever move on.
The domain, the hosting and the code are in your name. If we part ways, the site keeps running.
Every booking, order and customer record sits in your own account, not on a platform that can lock you out.
Deposits and payments land in your own bank or card-payment account. No commission, ever.
What it costs
Prices in USD. No GST/HST or other sales tax is added. Half to start, half before your accounts are handed over. Every package includes the AI website assistant, your Google Business Profile and a business email on your domain.

Yes. You choose which services need a deposit and how much, for example colour and extensions only. The Copper & Comb demo works exactly this way.
Yes, when your salon has more than one stylist (the Studio package). Clients pick a stylist and see the times that person is free, and each stylist can share their own booking link.
The build is a one-time price: $1,199 for the Booking package. Running costs, about $21–39 a month, are billed to you directly by the providers on your own accounts and never marked up. Card processing is the usual processor rate on each payment; bank-transfer payments cost nothing extra.
You do. The domain, hosting, calendar and payment accounts are in your name from day one, and so is every customer record. If we part ways, everything stays with you, with no export fee and no lock-in.
